PRACTICE PROFILE
pH architects was established in January 2000. The practice has largely concentrated on domestic and residential work and on a number of institutional projects, including building conservation and heritage work as well as a number of social housing projects. pH architects continues to work collaboratively successfully with a number of other architects and architectural practices on a number of projects and competition entries.
pH architects aims to create innovative and sensitive design solutions in response to the client’s brief, while at the same time aiming to maximize amenity, to minimize environmental impacts, and respond creatively to the opportunities afforded by the site.
pH architects are committed to the provision of environmentally sustainable outcomes for all building projects. Good passive solar design and natural ventilation are assumed as a minimum. pH architects can provide advice on a range of environmentally sustainable construction techniques.
pH architects provide services tailored to suit the individual clients' needs. Services range from the development of initial concepts that explore the potential and opportunities of each project, through the town planning and building permit stages, selection of builders and administration of the building contract through to the completion of construction.
